Limited Lifetime Warranty (Seating)
TheOfficeDirect.com hereby warrants that the seating products distributed
by it shall be free of all defects in original material and workmanship.
All fabrics, upholstery materials, and gas lifts are warranted for
two (2) years. All structural parts such as arms, base, mechanisms
and casters shall be warranted for the life of the product under normal
use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from shipment,
storage, alteration, misuse, abuse, exceeding 250 lbs weight capacity
(except for the Models 700 and 800-L which have a 400 lb weight capacity),
multi-shift use (except for the Models 241 and 242), and failure to
provide reasonable and necessary maintenance which includes tightening
screws regularly. Within the specified periods of this warranty, TheOfficeDirect.com
agrees upon TheOfficeDirect's option, to repair or replace at no further
cost to the buyer any portion of the subject products which prove
to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the buyer
gives written notice within thirty (30) days of all such claim defects
and proof of purchase is provided. TheOfficeDirect.com has the option
to examine any and all parts claimed to be defective prior to repairing
or replacing said parts. This expressed warranty is exclusive of all
other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation
and implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular
purpose. TheOfficeDirect.com shall be liable under this warranty only
for the cost, or, at its option, the replacement or repair of defective
products. All incidental or consequential damages which may arise,
including but not limited to, business losses, personal damage and
third party liabilities are hereby expressly excluded.

by it (except for seating products which are covered under a separate
warranty) shall be free of all defects in original material and workmanship
for the life of the product under normal use. This warranty does not
apply to normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from shipment,
storage, alteration, unauthorized repair, infestation, misuse, abuse,
accident, neglect, acts of God, natural causes, exceeding listed capacities,
and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary regular maintenance.
Within the specified periods of this warranty, TheOfficeDirect.com
agrees upon TheOfficeDirect's option, to repair or replace at no further

Return/Restocking
Policy
All returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipments will be
accepted.
Before returning any product
to TheOfficeDirect, Call 800-204-1516 to request a return authorization
form and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Or print
this Return Authorization Form and fax to 480-970-4831. This return
authorization number will always have the prefix "CQ." Merchandise
returned without the CQ number will be refused by TheOfficeDirect.
All returns must be shipped in original TheOfficeDirect.com carton and are subject to inspection to ensure that all components are included and product is resalable. If customer does not have original cartons, TheOfficeDirect.com will provide them and will bill for the boxes and freight.
TheOfficeDirect.com reserves
the right to inspect all returns and determine applicable restocking/reboxing
fees, if any. A minimum fee of 25% will apply for reboxing only. Additional
restocking charges may apply after inspection of merchandise.
